Use the form below to apply for or renew your membership. All members are reviewed by our board before approved to access member resources. During the application you will need to pay for a membership level. If you are not approved as a member this fee will be refunded to you.

Dues are assessed and payable on January 1st each year. All Dues amounts are deemed fully-earned on receipt and are considered non-refundable. The FBI Houston Citizens Academy Alumni Association is a nonprofit corporation exempt from income tax under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. All donations and membership dues are tax deductible to the maximum extent allowable by law.

Please note that the information you provide will only be visible to the board members that approve new members. Approved members have a profile in our online member directory that is separate from this information.

The FBI Houston Citizens Academy Alumni Association is a nonprofit organization separate and apart from the FBI.
